Production Associate – Packing & Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 15.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Package finished food products accurately and efficiently according to specifications Operate, monitor, and assist with
- production machinery (Operator role) Inspect products to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while meeting daily production goals
Production Associate – Packing & Machine Operator Qualifications:
- On the job training
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of machine operation or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Training available in Spanish
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
