Lighting Specialist - Sales Details:
Temporary position- $
21.50 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Assist customers in selecting premium residential lighting solutions and provide expert product guidance.
- Manage showroom traffic, handle incoming calls, and maintain organized customer records.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to generate new leads and repeat business.
- Represent the showroom at industry and community events while staying current on lighting trends and products.
Lighting Specialist - Sales Qualifications:
- College degree or 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or customer facing roles.
- Proven sales success; experience with high-end or luxury products is a strong plus.
- Professional, customer focused demeanor with strong communication and active listening skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable serving as the primary on floor sales representative.
- Reliable work history and openness to coaching, training, and ongoing product education.
