Finishing Department Associate / Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.55 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Sand, deburr, and smooth parts to meet finishing and quality standards.
- Inspect components for defects and ensure they meet production specifications.
- Operate basic hand tools and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist the production team with additional finishing or material-handling tasks as needed.
Finishing Department Associate / Production Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma and previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks such as sanding, deburring, or material handling.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet quality and finishing standards.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and processes.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
