Project Estimator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 250.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Review architectural drawings, and specifications to determine project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials (e.g., wood, hardware), labor, and overhead, considering wood types, finishes, and other project-specific details.
- Collaborate with Estimators, Engineers, Managers, and Advisors to develop complete and accurate bid presentations that meet all project specifications.
- Source pricing from subcontractors, maintain relations to ensure competitive material costs.
Project Estimator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cabinetry, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiar with cabinetry design.
- Prior experience in an Estimator role or using related software.
- Experience working with contractors and submitting addendums for missing or unclear specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and adhere to bid submission protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
