Production Supervisor Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:45am to04:15pm )
Overseeing all the operational activities of the department. Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers’ requirements. Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Developing plans that help operations run smoothly. Supervising production. Collecting and reviewing data/production documents/paperwork. Evaluating employees and giving suggestions for improvement. Capable of operating robotic and mechanical equipment. Reducing accidents Preventing injuries Training Staying on top of changes in regulations Having the right safety equipment Keeping your information safe Team building Maintaining morale
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED 5+ years’
- experience working in Product Engineering or Maintenance related position.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Ability to retain information important to the job.
- Ability to read and comprehend operation standards, work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, repair manuals and parts catalogs.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
