We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Palletizer / Robotics Operator to support production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring automated systems run efficiently, maintaining product quality, and minimizing downtime

Packaging Palletizer Operator-A Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Ensure robots are properly stocked with dunnage to maintain continuous operation and correct load build quality
- Oversee palletizer operations to ensure equipment is running as intended Identify when to shut down robots and promptly notify a supervisor or mechanic when necessary
- Safely unjam palletizers by stopping equipment, clearing materials, and restarting operations Inspect cartons, dunnage, and bottles for visible defects and remove any non-conforming materials
- Manually place tier sheets as needed and assist with occasional pallet handling Monitor load quality and make adjustments or corrections as required
- Unjam production lines to maintain workflow and minimize downtime Place “Held” tags on loads that do not meet quality standards
- Verify load accuracy and ensure proper labeling with correct tags
Packaging Palletizer Operator-A Qualifications:
- Must have own form of transportation
- Ability to work a rotating schedule (days and nights)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
