Description
1st shift - Machine Operator
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team in a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Erlanger KY. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production of fiberglass components while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.

1st shift - Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Set up, operate, and monitor fiberglass production machinery
Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper material flow
Trim, cut, or finish fiberglass products as needed
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency
Follow work orders and production schedules
Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
1st shift - Machine Operator Qualifications:
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience in fiberglass, composites, or industrial production is a plus
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended peri
