Outside Sales Account Executive Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the machining and manufacturing sectors* Manage and grow existing customer accounts by maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and facility tours
- Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with engineering/production teams to provide solutions
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Outside Sales Account Executive Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred but not required
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in machining, CNC manufacturing, or industrial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
