Area Lead - Production/Manufacturing Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Coordinate daily operations in your assigned area, ensuring a smooth handoff between shifts.
- Communicate quality issues, material needs, schedule updates, and downtime concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Support training by helping employees learn procedures, complete paperwork correctly, and follow standards.
- Verify tooling, materials, gauges, and equipment are available, maintained, and properly documented each shift.
- Assist operators as needed, perform quality checks, and ensure work areas stay clean, organized, and safe.
Area Lead - Production/Manufacturing Lead Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to train employees, support procedures, and verify accurate documentation.
- Comfortable addressing tooling, maintenance needs, and basic equipment checks.
- Flexible to work extended hours and support multiple areas when needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
