CNC Machinist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
25.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate CNC lathe machines and other related equipment to produce precision parts.
- Program CNC machines using CAM programming software, ensuring accurate specifications are met.
- Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect finished products for adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAM programming and operating milling machines and lathes.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Operation of Hi-Lo and Overhead crane is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
