Electrical Engineer


• The Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing Equipment is responsible for hands-on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for manufacturing production equipment.

• This role primarily focuses on industrial electrical systems up to 480V, including control panels, motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and safety circuits. The position supports stable production, product quality, and recurrence prevention through effective problem analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• While PLC and control system tasks are included, the primary responsibility of this role is electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability improvement.

Electrical Engineer Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift

A. Core Electrical Responsibilities (MUST)

• Perform industrial electrical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.

• Work hands-on with industrial electrical systems up to 480V, including wiring, modification, and repair.

• Install, modify, and troubleshoot control panels and field electrical devices.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Diagnose and replace electrical components including sensors, switches, relays, breakers, safety devices, PLCs, and HMIs.

• Replace motors, including wiring, rotation verification, and basic adjustment.

• Replace, configure, and troubleshoot VFDs (inverters), including parameter setup.

• Verify and troubleshoot safety circuits such as E-stops, interlocks, and safety devices.

• Perform all electrical work in compliance with LOTO, PPE, and company safety standards.


Electrical Engineer Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems up to 480V.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical issues on manufacturing equipment.

• Experience with VFDs, motors, control panels, and safety circuits.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and recurrence prevention.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions.
