Maintenance Tech
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations and facility upkeep. Looking for strong mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment used in spring coiling, wire forming, and metal stamping operations.

Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Pay based on experience
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production machinery such as spring coilers, wire?forming equipment, stamping presses, and similar metal?forming equipment.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct mechanical adjustments, part replacements, and system diagnostics on pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shafts, gears, and drive components.
- Address general building and facility maintenance needs, including lighting, plumbing, minor electrical tasks, and structural repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance activities, and PM schedules.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read mechanical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic machine shop equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage repair priorities.
- Experience working with spring?making, wire?forming, stamping, or similar metal manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and Lean manufacturing environments.
- Welding or fabrication experience. -Preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
