Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Cut and prepare piece parts for steel fabrication
- Weld sub-weldment parts such as supports, chain covers, drive covers, pinch guards, etc
- Fabricate independently three product types in either flat or spiral build departments
- Operate material handling cranes and other lifting devices as required
Welder Qualifications:
- a high school diploma or GED, completion of a technical welding program or apprenticeship
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Strong skills in using precision measuring tools
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in awkward positions or at heights
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
