Mill Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- • Meet with lift operators
- Hand out production sheets- give instructions with template
- Check each jig for proper set up including: proper lifting material grade & size safety items. QC checklist must be completed.
- Retrain any new hires, verify they are following stacking procedures. Look at your product.
- Make lists of things that need to be done- example: clean up, maintenance issues or projects.
- Update check quality productivity and production sheet accuracy. Let employee know if they are on schedule.
- Make list of over runs & trash that need to be run up.
- Make list of pallets that need to be repaired.
Mill Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum- supervising •
- MUST be able to efficiently use nail gun & 5 years running heavy machinery
- Lumber Manufacturing
- Remanufacturing, Pallet Experience
- Supervisor Experience
- Be a hard worker / self-motivated
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
