Maintenance Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Overtime available
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, adjust, and maintain machinery and mechanical components
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
