We are seeking a Machine Operator/Deburr Associate to support production by operating equipment and ensuring finished parts meet quality standards. Machine Operator/ Deburr Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Operate machinery to produce parts according to specifications
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from parts using hand tools or equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and measurements
- Perform basic machine setup and make minor adjustments as needed Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Identify and report defects or equipment issues
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Machine Operator/ Deburr Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator experience required
- Stable work history with a strong record of reliability
- Experience with deburring or working with hand tools preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
