Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Sunday throughThursday )
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
- Set up machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine inspections to check for defects or issues
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns to maintenance
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
