Truss Yard Forklift Operator
The Forklift Operator / Truss Handler is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of building materials throughout the yard. This role supports daily operations by ensuring materials are properly staged, loaded, and ready for delivery or customer pick-up.

Truss Yard Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30am to01:00am )
- Safely handle and move large trusses in a fast-paced yard environment using forklifts and proper rigging techniques.
- Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, staging trusses for delivery, and maintaining an organized, safe work area.
- Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable handling oversized materials in outdoor settings.
- Strong attention to detail, counting accuracy, and quality control.
Truss Yard Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- 1 year forklift experience preferred (truss handling a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume yard environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when staging materials.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of construction materials is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
