Maintenance Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 08:30pm to06:00am )
Job Details
- Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on high?speed production and packaging equipment.
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting, conveyors, and valves.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to diagnose equipment issues.
- Collaborate with production teams during changeovers, start?ups, and line support to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, USDA, and OSHA guidelines while ensuring proper sanitation and equipment cleanliness.
- Participate in CMMS, maintain accurate maintenance documentation, and communicate repair needs and part usage to the supervisor.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment Mechanical troubleshooting including pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong preventative maintenance and repair skills
- Leadership experience with training or supporting technical teams
- Solid communication and problem?solving abilities
