Inside Sales – Industrial Supply Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
Job Duties:
- Generate and manage customer quotes, pricing, and sales orders
- Build relationships with contractors, vendors, and walk-in customers
- Interpret customer needs and recommend HVAC and PVF products
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer and order information in system
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on open quotes
Inside Sales – Industrial Supply Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC, industrial supply, pipe/valve/fittings (PVF), or mechanical systems REQUIRED
- Background in inside sales, counter sales, estimating, or project coordination preferred
- Strong understanding of construction, mechanical, or piping materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
