Box Maker
A corrugated box maker sets up and operates equipment that cuts, folds, glues, and shapes corrugated cardboard into finished boxes. They read job orders or specifications, adjust machine settings, and monitor production to ensure boxes meet size, strength, and quality requirements. The role also includes inspecting finished products, performing basic machine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Temp-to-hire job, full time.

Box Maker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Operate corrugated box machinery (die cutters, flexo folder gluers, corrugators)
- Set up machines based on work orders and specifications
- Feed materials and monitor production flow
- Inspect finished boxes for quality, size, and durability
- Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues
- Stack, bundle, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures
- Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment
Box Maker Qualifications:
- Experience in a box plant
- Manufacturing and production experience
- Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts. Frequent lifting 20-50 lbs. Repetitive motions. Good hand-eye coordination.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
