We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift and weekend shift. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

CNC Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:00pm to01:30am )
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or similar equipment)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform routine inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make basic machine adjustments to maintain tolerances and specifications
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Document production data and report any issues or defects
CNC Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work 2nd shift or weekend hours and occasional overtime
- Must be able to train on 1st shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
