We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join a great steel fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple welding processes including MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick processes on various steel materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Fabricate and assemble structural and miscellaneous steel components
- Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Welder Qualifications:
- Experience in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment
- MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards
- Good attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
