Maintenance Associate
We are looking for a hands-on maintenance associate to join our clients team in Florence KY! This role focuses on repairing and maintaining industrial bulk bags used in production, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives and general plant operations.

Maintenance Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Inspect, repair, and maintain large industrial bulk bags
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and fabrication tasks
- Assist with shop projects and general maintenance as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities
- Work with the day shift team to maintain safe and efficient operations
- Operate equipment such as cranes
- Become certified on stand-up forklift (training provided)
Maintenance Associate Qualifications:
- Experience using hand tools and power tools required
- Basic mechanical or fabrication skills (cutting, patching, light repair)
- Experience with crane operation
- Ability to become stand-up forklift certified
- Comfortable working in a physical, industrial environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
