Legal Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Looking for someone organized and detail-oriented to support daily office operations.Responsibilities:
- • Answer phones and greet clients in a professional manner
- • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- • Assist with document preparation and filing
- • Maintain client records and case files
- • General administrative support as needed
Legal Assistant Qualifications:
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an immigration legal assistant or in a similar role
- • Strong knowledge of immigration forms and procedures
- • Excellent organizational and time management skills
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines •
- Bilingual
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
