Controls Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
30.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Support production quality by inspecting electrical components, identifying defects, and assisting with root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- Troubleshoot equipment and processes on the manufacturing floor, including basic PLC-related issues, to minimize downtime and maintain product quality
- Perform hands-on machine support, minor maintenance, and adjustments to ensure consistent operation and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Controls Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience with quality in a manufacturing environment
- 2-3 years of experience with plc's in a manufacturing environment
- 2-3 years of experience with machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment
