CNC Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Prepare and run CNC milling and/or turning equipment to produce precision components
- Upload and modify machine programs as needed, including minor edits at the machine
- Fine-tune machine settings such as speeds, feeds, and tooling adjustments to ensure optimal performance Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately manufacture parts
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools to verify accuracy and meet standards
- Contribute to overall shop efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized, and productive workspace
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience operating CNC equipment
- Proven ability to set up machines and prepare them for production runs
- Familiarity with basic CNC programming or making on-the-fly program adjustments
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure precision
- A team-oriented individual who thrives in a smaller, more collaborative shop setting
