Purchasing Coordinator
Under the direction of the Purchasing Manager, this role is responsible for purchasing assigned materials and ensuring timely delivery to support production needs. Ideal for someone detail?oriented, organized, and comfortable working with construction documents.

Purchasing Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to02:30pm )
- Collaborate with Project Manager to gather info for material take?offs
- Review plans, specs, and blueprints to determine material quantities
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes
- Assist with bid preparation and submissions
- Purchase materials and order daily shortages
- Maintain purchasing project files and search for new products
- Assist with inventory entry and pricing write?ins
- Communicate material needs with the production team
- Support the Purchasing Manager and perform other duties as assigned
Purchasing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Pay Based on experience
- In-person interview required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
