Electrical Helper
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to perform rough-in electrical work on units. This role does not require an electrician license or journeyman certification. Candidates must be comfortable working with electrical components, reading blueprints, and performing accurate, detail?oriented installations. No live electrical work is performed.

Electrical Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to02:30pm )
- Perform electrical rough-ins
- Terminate receptacles
- Wire HVAC, lighting, breaker boxes, and load centers
- Balance load counts
- Read and follow blueprints; verify accuracy as you work
- Use a tester after installation (electric is only live during testing, not during work)
- Work on one?story units using scaffolding (no roof or height work beyond unit height)
- Lift up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive physical tasks
Electrical Helper Qualifications:
- No confined?space or lockout/tagout work
- No live electrical work; testing only after installation Voltage up to 150 amps (most units 100–125 amps)
- Must bring basic hand tools, tool belt, tape measure, hammer, utility knife, and speed square
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable with electrical components and rough?in tasks
- Reliable, detail?oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Experience preferred but flexible if skills are solid
- In-person interview required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
