Service Advisor
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the crucial link between our valued customers and highly skilled service technicians. This is a very fast-paced, high-volume position requiring exceptional customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities. You will be instrumental in managing the entire repair process, from initial customer consultation and vehicle diagnosis to preparing accurate estimates, effectively selling necessary maintenance and repairs, and meticulously coordinating shop workflow to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Service Advisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
56,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
- Weekends may be required
Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong foundation in automotive knowledge and prior experience in an automotive service or customer-facing role is preferred
- Proven sales ability, including building rapport and effectively presenting and selling services
- Proficiency in data entry and experience utilizing shop management systems or computer scheduling software
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Warmly greet customers, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and translate complex technical issues into clear, understandable explanations
- Prepare precise repair orders (ROs), generate comprehensive cost estimates, and obtain customer approval for all recommended services
- Proactively identify and sell essential maintenance services and additional repairs based on thorough inspections and manufacturer guidelines
