Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Supplies Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, including regular follow-up on quotes and orders
- Monitor customer account pricing and ensure accuracy
- Assist with account onboarding and pricing setup
- Take the lead on initial quotes and specialty pricing requests.· Support in processing phone, paper, and emailed orders
- Meet daily performance expectations while optimizing productivity
- Model and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate reliability through strong attendance and punctuality
- Collaborate with the sales team, other departments, and management to meet customer and employee needs
- Perform accurate data entry, ensuring customer and order information is up to date (including credit applications, addresses, purchaser details, and other account adjustments)
- Oversee order-related tasks such as confirmations, inquiries, and ensuring timely deliveries
Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Supplies Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the role or demonstrated advanced skill level
- Proficiency in industry-specific items, tools, equipment, or software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work independently efficiently
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
