Building Maintenance Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( 06:00am to02:30am )
- Perform routine building and facility maintenance including repairs and installations
- Inspect equipment, structures, and systems to ensure safe and proper operation
- Complete minor repairs such as replacing bulbs, fuses, switches, and fixtures Assist with drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment
Building Maintenance Associate Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or general repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
