Front Office - Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 09:00am to03:00pm )
- Greet and assist customers, providing outstanding front-office service.
- Manage orders, inventory, and supply requests for upholstery products.
- Handle phone and email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Front Office - Customer Service Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or office administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Basic computer skills for order processing, email, and record keeping.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
