CNC Machinist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Set up CNC machines, including adjusting workholding, tooling, loading programs, performing quality checks, and completing required documentation.
- Operate and maintain production specifications by following control plans, prints, setup sheets, troubleshooting processes, replacing worn tools, and making offsets.
- Perform quality assurance tasks, ensuring all parts meet quality and safety standards and documenting results.
- Deburr, clean, and properly tag parts, following process notes and identifying produced parts accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work cell, adhering to safety procedures, 5S practices, and completing housekeeping duties.
- Communicate effectively and support production flow, including documenting activities, preparing for the next shift, and performing additional duties delegated by leadership.
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 9-12+ months of CNC experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints
- Attention to detail
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
