Construction Support Crew – Spotters & Laborers Details:
Temporary position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Act as a spotter for heavy equipment, deliveries, and mechanical lifts to ensure safe operations on site.
- Assist mechanical crews with moving, staging, and organizing materials and equipment.
- Perform general labor tasks, including site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining safe work areas.
- Help guide vehicles and equipment during tight or congested job site movements.
- Support unloading and transporting mechanical components, tools, and materials.
- Follow all job site safety protocols and communicate hazards immediately.
- Maintain clear communication with equipment operators, supervisors, and crew members.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support project progress
Construction Support Crew – Spotters & Laborers Qualifications:
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and active jobsite traffic.
- Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to jobsite safety.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
