Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Training period (first 3 months): M-F 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with Post-training: M-F 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 30-minute lunch breaks
- Interact directly with customers via phone, email, web channels, or in person
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, questions, and complaints
- Collect and assess information to resolve issues effectively
- Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team member or department
- Document inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
- Process product returns
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Must have experience in customer contact engagement via phones, web-based and emails.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Active listening and clear, approachable speech
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
