Are you an experienced welder looking for a stable first shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are seeking skilled MIG and TIG Welders who take pride in producing high-quality work and want to be part of a team-focused environment. Up to $30.00/hour.

Welder - MIG and / or TIG Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:45pm )
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components according to specifications and blueprints
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals
Welder - MIG and / or TIG Qualifications:
- Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions preferred
- Experience using grinders, hand tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
