Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 58,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely shipments
- Supervise unloading, inspection, verification, and storage of incoming materials
- Coordinate packaging, documentation, and scheduling of outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Support material handling across the facility while coordinating with production and management teams
Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations required
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and power tools safely
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures
