Senior Estimator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
90,000.00 to $ 120,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates using takeoffs, historical data, and supplier pricing.
- Develop project budgets and present bid information to leadership and field teams.
- Lead estimating efforts on large projects ($1M–$25M+) and collaborate on larger team bids.
- Review project designs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate DOT, federal highway, and municipal project estimating activities.
Senior Estimator Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
- 5–10 years construction estimating and construction management experience. Experience with DOT, federal highway, and municipal projects.
- Proficiency with estimating, takeoff, CADD, and spreadsheet software.
- Strong blueprint interpretation, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
