Buyer - Steelton, PA Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

The MRO Buyer / Warehouse Operator is responsible for sourcing and purchasing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) parts while supporting warehouse operations to ensure production needs are met. This role manages vendor relationships, negotiates pricing and delivery terms, oversees vendor-managed inventory levels, and researches and procures parts, equipment, and materials used in daily operations and facility repairs. The position also includes driving to vendors for parts pickup, maintaining organized and safe warehouse areas, and assisting with inventory control. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
