We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Process Excellence Operator to support continuous improvement initiatives within our production facility. This is a very physical role that requires walking 8+ miles per day, frequent lifting, bending, and twisting. The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools, building projects, and helping improve workplace organization and efficiency.

Process Excellence Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Execute assigned Process Excellence (PEX) improvement tasks throughout the facility Support PEX Specialists, PEX Technicians, and Production teams with improvement projects and daily priorities
- Paint safety lines, apply tape markings, and update visual layouts following 5S standards
- Build and install wooden structures such as workstations, tool boards, shelving, and panels
- Hang TVs, signage, and other visual management tools throughout the production floor
- Assist with workspace remodeling and layout improvements to enhance workflow and ergonomics
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete construction and maintenance projects within the facility
Process Excellence Operator Qualifications:
- Walk 8+ miles per shift Lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and standing
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Must wear steel-toed boots while on duty
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
