We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our women-lead powder coating production team and help deliver superior finished products to their customers. No experience? No problem — they're willing to train the right person!

Powder Coater Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to05:30pm )
- Prepare metal parts for coating, including sanding, blasting, and cleaning.
- Assist with hanging, loading, and unloading parts from racks and ovens.
- Operate equipment safely and follow coating procedures with precision.
- Package finished parts, complete production logs, and maintain workflow.
- Support general warehouse tasks, inventory, and shop organization.
Powder Coater Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 75lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability, great work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Experience in powder coating, metalwork, or warehouse work is a plus (not required).
- knowledge of tape measure reading, hand and power tools preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
