Bilingual Customer Support Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Inbound call assistance.
- Phone based support for patients regarding insurance coverage, medical billing, claims and payment inquiries.
- Assist callers with understanding charges, verifying insurance details, setting up payment arrangements and resolving billing discrepancies.
- First shift position 8am-5pm
- Pay increase after training
Bilingual Customer Support Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must have excellent office etiquette
- Must have proven track record of stable job history and good attendance
- HIPPA compliance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
