Inside Sales Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
If you enjoy building relationships, working with leads, and closing deals in a structured sales process, we want to hear from you.
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospects
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Track follow-ups and manage sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- 1–3 years inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Experience using a CRM system (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with performance metrics Preferred Qualifications
- B2B sales experience
- Lead qualification and appointment setting experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
