Flux Core Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to12:00am )
- Perform flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) on metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and adjust settings as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate weld placement.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Prepare and position materials for welding while following safety procedures.
Flux Core Welder Qualifications:
- Previous Flux Core (FCAW) welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
- Experience setting up and operating welding equipment and adjusting settings as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production or shop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality welds.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
