General Warehouse Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform general warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
- Build wooden crates for outgoing shipments according to specifications.
- Band, strap, and stretch wrap products for safe transport.
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
- Safely operate hand and power tools used for crating and packaging.
- Build crates and package shipments to job and customer requirements.
- Assist with loading and staging shipments.
- Obtain sit down forklift certification and operate forklift as needed.
- Complete other warehouse tasks as assigned.
General Warehouse Laborer Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials and crates.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely.
- Willingness to become sit down forklift certified.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety minded.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
