Construction Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist with general construction tasks on commercial job sites
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled trades (carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, etc.) as needed
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Help with demolition, framing, concrete prep, and other labor-intensive tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
- Adhere to all job site safety policies and wear required PPE
- Assist in setting up and taking down work areas, barricades, and temporary structures
Construction Labor Qualifications:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing, carrying heavy materials)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
