Sit Down Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
Forklift Operator performs duties related to receiving incoming materials, staging and shipping finished products, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping warehouse areas clean and organized. Use a forklift to load and unload semi trucks, and store items in high racks. While Shipping and Receiving are the primary responsibilities, the employee must also be capable of assisting other departments, including Production, as operational needs require.
Sit Down Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Use a forklift to load and unload trailers
- Experience in shipping preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to write legibly on logbooks and paperwork
- Basic computer skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
