Utility/Operator Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Place product onto conveyor belts for the next stage of finishing.
- Perform hand scuffing to prepare product surfaces.
- Understand the importance of the scuffing process for proper adhesion and quality.
- Follow standard work instructions for hand scuffing and product handling.
- Load product correctly and assist with various finishing equipment.
- Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude when assigned to different tasks.
- Support consistent quality and efficient production flow
Utility/Operator Assistant Qualifications:
- Able to follow instruction and work at an acceptable pace.
- Overtime is mandatory as required.
- Must wear all required PPE at all times.
- Standing for duration of shift with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds with assistance of other employees.
- Indoor working environment with minimal noise levels.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
