(Compounder) prepares and mixes batches of personal care products to maintain a continuous flow to the production and packaging lines. This role follows computer-generated formulas and production schedules while safely handling raw materials, including hazardous materials. The technician performs mixing, equipment setup, tank and line cleaning, and job changeovers while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the production process. The position also supports production teams, communicates with supervisors on scheduling needs, and assists other departments when required.
